Are you winning?

Is your company in the business of having to sell your chosen products so hard in order to make a profit?

Whose fault is it that it is not working? Why don't you think this is working or will work in the long term? Suggestions on the better way? Ideas to follow....

When your in the business of making a product that has done so well over the past years and suddenly stops doing well, your first reaction is to push harder. It may be a good time instead to figure out WHY this is happening... Is it priced to high as a result of competition? It is technologically obsolete? Has the overall market changed and your product(s) are no longer desired?

The worst thing you can do now is nothing....Suggestions:

Talk to your current customers
Look at the competition
Look at your industry
Look at how new potential new customers are finding you
Make sure you know why a customer no longer buys from you
Look at changes that may impact your business in the next 5 years

Don't wait until it too late to change......
