An open collaborative forum where sales, service, and finance professionals can discuss ways to improve customer centric marketing in lieu of their seemingly independent agendas and as a result, increase sales, profitability and most importantly customer service and retention?
if your company could have real time delivery of your invoices to your customers in order to capture electronic payments, track them archive them securely, save money and resource power in the process, reduce the days of receivables outstanding and to negotiate better trade terms as a result of doing all of this?

Being in front of the DM is usually great, right? Well, maybe. You'tre the DM of what? Bathroon tissue? Technology? Advertising? Sometimes I wonder if working through one layer
What do you do when the DM won't see you?
If he or she says, "I'm the DM", then CLOSE, CLOSE, CLOSE!!!
Sometimes even professional people don't tell the complete truth!
